I am known for my dynamic and adaptable personality, making me a versatile member of any team. I tend to be very direct and forthright in communicating with others. My ability to listen actively and consider diverse perspectives helps create an atmosphere where ideas can flourish. 

 

Although I work best when i’m able to interact with others, I thrive working independently. I am adventuresome in trying new ideas and I may be seen as a risk taker to some. I am a natural leader, guiding my peers with empathy and a clear vision to achieve common goals.

 

I demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and discipline. My problem solving abilities and innovative thinking enable me to tackle challenges head-on. If insufficient structure and order exist, I’ll create it. While I think that it’s important to follow established procedures and processes, I also understand they must be practical and directly support results.
