About Me

My approach tends to be forceful and very direct. I am always interested in the new, the innovative, and the cutting-edge ideas. I am direct in my communications, no ambiguities. I am very decisive and a risk-taker. Sometimes I can become argumentative, even when I don't mean to be or notice that I am. I demand high levels of results or performance, in both myself and in others.

I can be pessimistic at times regarding other's agendas or reasons. I prefer work that doesn't require me to get too emotionally involved. Sometimes I may be seen as withdrawn by those who don't know me. I am very introspective, keeping thoughts and emotions to myself. I work very well alone. I tend to be quiet at team meetings or when meeting new people for the first time.

I can be quite resistant to change. I’m always willing to help out in a pressure situation, even if I don't really want to. I dislike any personal conflicts or hostility of any kind. I like having a strong identification or connection with the group, organization, or mission. I desire a high level of structure and order. I am very patient in working with a wide variety of people.

I possess excellent critical thinking and problem solving ability. I believe in maintaining high standards of quality control. When I disagree, I may express my resistance in a passive-aggressive manner. I am excellent at gathering detailed information and examples. I can be skeptical of brand new ideas or fads until they are sufficiently proven. I believe that if it's worth doing, it's worth doing correctly the first time.
