I like to carefully weigh the pros and cons on important issues before forming an opinion. Unless completely wrong, I prefer to support decisions made by others rather than argue or disagree. I like an environment where authority and responsibility is mutual and shared across all members. Generally speaking, people find me warm, open and excellent at interacting with others. I really like meeting new people and interacting easily. No one is a stranger. I am very optimistic. I am very patient. I strongly prefer a workplace with a sincere, personal, and agreeable environment with little hostility. 

I bring a high sense of loyalty to the rules and regulations that govern projects, people, and processes. I  blend well with others and get along with a wide variety of others. I am a very good team player. I am practical and realistic. I am persistent in trying to get a message across, even in the midst of resistance. I like taking my own way to the results. To me, the end usually justifies the means. I prefer to act as my "own person" rather than follow the norm.
