Hello! My name is Cecilio Pesina Jr.  I am a natural Blue!

I'm very predictable, in a good way. I'm always there,ready to pitch in, and complete the assignment. I'm an excellent team player. But I would prefer an environment that allows for lots of consistency,dependability and structure. I can be seen as something of a perfectionist by others,especially in what I expect of myself.

 

I like a balance of working alone and working with a team. I sincerely like to support and work with others. While working with others and an issue occurs,  I consider other's emotions, I do not let them fog the bigger issues. I'm a very systematic and like to analyze details to accomplish a process correctly. I am a bottom-line oriented person who dislikes fluff and just wants the facts and data.

 

I like taking a slower, more methodical approach to making decisions. I also prefer to withhold my decisions until I have enough information. I prefer to avoid confrontations, preferring instead to work with others to resolve issues.
