I demand high levels of performance from myself and others. I am very decisive and a risk taker. I tend to be very practical. I thrive in positions of power or authority. I am a very active agent in all that I do. I typically look on the positive side of things. I may be seen as aggressive because I am determined to meet my goals. 

 

I appreciate reliability and high work ethic. I prefer to use facts and details when making. I will always be found busy and productive. I develop my own learning strategies to receive knowledge.
