I will complete tasks and projects without a desire for public recognition. Creating surroundings and experiences that are pleasing to others is fulfilling for me. I sacrifice personal gain in situations where the outcome is detrimental, and I will not look to overpower others' points of view to gain recognition. I look to increase productivity and efficiency, but I'm less focused on a return versus the project's success.
